Top Tip for staying at the Star Barn: If you’re into star-gazing, you can hire an array of stargazing equipment including telescopes, space torches, star charts, deck chairs, outdoor cinema equipment and live star data. Get the most out of your stay!

Its cosy open-plan lounge area, fully equipped dining kitchen, shower room & toilet, and spacious bedroom with a comfortable super-king size bed provide a warm and welcoming stay. We even have additional pull-out beds for any children or guests (for a small added fee).
Explore the Wonders of Northumberland:
Located within the Breamish Valley, our Star Barn accommodation is surrounded by many walking routes, so you can enjoy the beautiful English countryside. If walking doesn’t appeal to you, the barn is just a 25-minute drive from the historic town of Alnwick, famous for Barter Books and Alnwick Castle. The barn is also less than an hour from Bamburgh and Berwick-upon-Tweed. You can spend a gorgeous weekend visiting all of Northumberland’s must-see sights, and return to the cosy comfort of the Star Barn.
Ingram Valley Safari Experience:
If you want to stay a little closer to home during your stay, you can explore the sights of Ingram Valley on our one-of-a-kind Ingram Valley Farm Safari experience. This Safari will take you back 6000 years to the Iron Age and the formation of the Cheviot Hills. With a personal guide, you will experience an off-road tour of the farm and the surrounding countryside, witnessing rich wildlife and stunning rural views.
